Clean desk policy
The clean desk policy applies to all employees employed in

and is part of the Data Protection Policy in force from the moment of employment
and employees are considered any person employed on the basis of an employment relationship, as well as contractors, trainees, apprentices, collaborators and self-employed persons for the data controller.
Each employee is obliged to keep on the desk only those documents that are necessary for him to work at a given moment. Avoid storing documents unnecessary for your current tasks.
After you finish working with documents containing personal data, put them in a drawer or a locked cupboard.
Documents unnecessary for further work and not subject to archiving should be destroyed in accordance with the recommendations of “Procedures for destroying documents”, eg in a shredder.
Computer monitor screens should be set to prevent the view of outsiders.
there should be no drinks in containers with a risk of spilling on the desk.
After finishing work, only the telephone and office supplies should remain on the desk.
